Badu's Indian Feast is a small, local business based in Essex and is the result of owner Badu Thobhani's passion for Indian cooking.

Using the freshest and best quality ingredients, Badu produces a range of Masalas (a mixture of spices or pastes) which will enable you to make truly authentic and delicious-tasting Indian food in your own kitchen.

There are 5 fresh Masalas combining fresh and dried spices - the essence of any great curry. Each pack carries simple, easy-to-follow instructions. Just choose the meat, chicken or vegetable you are going to use, as the time-consuming preparation has already been done!

• Authentic Curry Masala - available in mild, medium & hot
• Masala with Coconut & Almond - similar to Korma
  Use coconut milk to make fish or king prawn curry typical of Kerala cooking style, available in mild, medium & hot.
• Tandoori Masala Marinade for meat & fish –
• Almond Pasande – Emperor's Favourite, made with figs
  Ideal for lamb or beef curry, prepare using plain yoghurt.
• Aloo Gobi – cauliflower & potato
  Make this masala with tomatoes, add vegetables and serve with rice or as an accompaniment to a meat dish.
