The naga-bih jolokia has now been awarded a place in the Guinness Book of Records as the world's hottest chilli. This chilli can reach over one million SHUs and will burn even the most experienced chillihead.

Terracotta Roaster	Garlic Clove Peeler	Glass Chopping Board
Designed with a garlic clove handle & vented lid to allow just enough steam to escape so that the garlic is baked to perfection.	Simply place the whole clove of garlic inside the tube, roll firmly on a kitchen surface to quickly & easily remove the outer skin.	Rectangular board 30x40cm (12x16in): can be used as a chopping board or surface protector. Heat resistant to 250°C.
